"I have been with Statefarm in 2 States for over 25 years, yet never been as disappointed as I currently am with the Frank Walker office. After switching to another Insurance Company a few years back, they lured me back with a really good rate only to increase it every year. I have zero accidents, zero violations/tickets and have been loyal, but that doesn't mean a thing to Statefarm. The staff doesn't return calls, the email responses are high school level grammar with pleads for good reviews stapled into the signature, and Frank Walker himself doesn't intervene when copied. The last straw was when a new rep replied to my email with inaccurate information about my ownership details. Utter incompetence and disregard. Can't wait to make my switch."

"Horrible office that doesn’t even return calls and you will never actually deal with Frank Walker. Rates increase every single month without any explanation and they will charge you higher rates for less expensive cars. Also still waiting over 3 months to have my deductible returned to me on simple rear end accident with no updates. Stay far away from this office."
