"Horrible office that doesn’t even return calls and you will never actually deal with Frank Walker. Rates increase every single month without any explanation and they will charge you higher rates for less expensive cars. Also still waiting over 3 months to have my deductible returned to me on simple rear end accident with no updates. Stay far away from this office."

"Frank is amazing!!!! He realized that I paid for months of insurance when I cancelled. I left to go to another company. Like everyone. I shopped to get cheaper insurance . I regret it and I’m coming back. The other company initially was cheaper but I ended up paying more. I’m going back to State Farm. 100% real deal. Frank you need a promotion. Call me.
